1. Service Provider

predtools is operated by BeyondSky OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under company number 16894028.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using predtools.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

predtools sells source code for trading bots that operate on prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, and similar platforms). Each purchase delivers a downloadable archive containing the bot's source code, README, and example configuration. We do not host the bots, hold any funds, custody any wallets, or place any trades on your behalf. You run the code on your own infrastructure with your own wallet and your own capital.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide an accurate email address.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. License and Restrictions

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the source code for your own trading activity. You may:

  • Run the code on any number of machines you personally control.
  • Modify the code for your own use.
  • Inspect, study, and learn from the code.

You may not:

  • Redistribute the code, in original or modified form, publicly or privately.
  • Resell, sublicense, or republish the code or its derivatives.
  • Use the code or its derivatives in a commercial product offered to third parties.
  • Remove or obscure copyright notices.

Each download is uniquely tied to your account. Sharing your downloads is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

6. Payments

predtools sells one-time purchases. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize a one-time charge to your payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your card issuer at their rates.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on any purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All source code, content, features, and functionality of the predtools platform are owned by BeyondSky OÜ and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Your account data and any modifications you make to the code on your own machines remain yours.

9. No Financial Advice

predtools sells software. It does not sell financial advice, investment advice, or trading signals. The bots are tools. Past performance numbers shown on product pages are historical records of the author's own use of the code on their own capital, not projections or guarantees of any kind. 10. Limitation of Liability

predtools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeyondSky OÜ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

  • Use of the source code, including trading losses, missed trades, incorrect orders, or bot malfunctions.
  • Blockchain transactions, gas spikes, failed transactions, or smart contract issues.
  • Third-party services on which the bots depend (Polymarket, Kalshi, Binance, Chainlink, etc.) becoming unavailable, changing their APIs, or behaving unexpectedly.
  • Oracle errors, resolution disputes, or platform-side market cancellations.
  • Network congestion, exchange downtime, or any circumstance outside our reasonable control.

You are solely responsible for testing the code, evaluating its fitness for your purpose, and verifying every order it places before risking real capital.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for redistribution, fraud, chargebacks, illegal activity, or breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to re-download is revoked; copies you already downloaded remain yours under the license granted at purchase.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
