14-day refund
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on any purchase of a bot or bundle. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of the transaction date, contact us at [email protected] with your order email and we will refund the full purchase amount.
You do not need to justify your refund. Common reasons we have heard ("I changed my mind", "it does not fit my setup", "I bought the wrong one") are all accepted.
How refunds work
- Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.
- We verify your purchase in Stripe.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 1 to 3 business days. Your card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to display it on your statement.
- Your access to re-download the bot from your dashboard is revoked at the time of refund.
What happens to the code you downloaded
You are expected to delete any local copies of the source code you downloaded once the refund is processed. Continuing to run or distribute the code after a refund is a breach of the license granted at purchase and these Terms of Service.
After 14 days
Refunds after the 14-day window are at our sole discretion and are typically not granted. Source code is a non-returnable digital good once the trial period has elapsed.
Exceptions:
- If the bot is materially broken (does not run on a supported environment as described in its product page) and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund regardless of the window.
- If we discontinue a bot before you have had a reasonable opportunity to use it, we will refund a pro-rated amount.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback instead of requesting a refund, your account will be suspended and you may be banned from future purchases. Please contact us first. We have never refused a good-faith refund within the 14-day window.
